January 2024. The short answer is: We are not quite there yet. South Australia is the only state that allows bidirectional chargers to be installed in homes. But, currently only EVs using CHAdeMO plugs can discharge energy this way. This includes the Nissan Leaf and Mitsubishi PHEVs. (Source: NRMA)
